Letterpress: No longer restrained to using ‘type’, modern letterpress printing begins with a polymer plate moulded from the bespoke artwork. The plate is affixed and positioned by-hand to the press. Pantone inks are mixed and added to the letterpress rollers before printing each sheet individually using pressure.
